Exit Plan definition

Exit Plan means the exit management plan developed by the Contractor and approved by the Authority in accordance with Clause 44 (Exit Management).

  • PayPoint shall provide any updates to the Exit Plan as set out in the Annex hereto, within 28 days’ notice of written request by the Client.

Exit Plan means the plan prepared and submitted by the Grant Recipient to the Authority to enable the xxxxx closure of transfer of the Funded Activities to the Authority or successor of the Grant Recipient.
