Expected Energy Yield definition

Expected Energy Yield means the thirty (30)-year average P50 annual expected delivered energy production in MWh/year determined pursuant to a final Energy Model run for the applicable Energy Model milestone.
Expected Energy Yield means, in respect of an Energy Yield Test Period, the aggregate energy at the Electrical Interconnection Point (in MWh AC) that results from running (using actual Project Site conditions) the Energy Model with respect to the PV Plant for such Energy Yield Test Period, as adjusted10 in accordance with the Scope Book.

  • Seller shall ensure that the conceptual design and detailed design conforms to the Scope Book, as well as the other requirements of this Agreement, and will enable the Project to meet the Guaranteed LD Performance Test Requirements, Guaranteed PV Plant Availability, and Expected Energy Yield and Seller to achieve Final Completion.

Related to Expected Energy Yield

  • Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.

  • Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.

  • Renewable Energy Credit has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12(h) and CPUC Decision 00-00-000, as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Guaranteed energy savings contract means a contract that includes all of the following:

  • Scheduled Energy means the Energy that clears under the applicable CAISO market based on the final Schedule developed in accordance with this Agreement, the operating procedures developed by the Parties pursuant to Section 3.10, and the applicable CAISO Tariff, protocols and Scheduling practices.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.
