Expenses Account Bank definition

Expenses Account Bank means Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. in its capacity of account bank for the Expenses Account and the Quota Capital Account or any such other depositary institution as may be appointed pursuant to the Programme Documents.

Expenses Account Bank means the Originator, in its capacity of Expenses Account Bank, in respect of the Expenses Account, under the CAMPA, and any successor thereof appointed in accordance with the CAMPA.

Expenses Account Bank means BNP Paribas Securities Services, Luxembourg Branch.
