Examples of Expiring Rights in a sentence
Notwithstanding any legend contained on any such surrendered stock certificate, from and after the Close of Business on the Record Date, the surrender for transfer of any such certificate for Common Shares shall not constitute the transfer of the rights granted pursuant to the Rights Agreement between the Company and First Chicago Trust Company of New York dated as of September 11, 1996, which Expiring Rights expire at the Close of Business on September 26, 2001.
