Exploitation Concession definition

Exploitation Concession means any Exploitation Concession granted to the Parties pursuant to the Hydrocarbon Code and this Agreement, which derives from the Exploration Permits.
Exploitation Concession means the Concession granted under the Geological and Mining Law for the Exploitation of Natural Gas and Oil of the type referred to in Article 15.2 of the Geological and Mining Law.
Exploitation Concession means any Exploitation Concession granted to PETCO and ONHYM pursuant to the Hydrocarbon Code and the Petroleum Agreement which originates from one or more of the Exploration Permits;

Examples of Exploitation Concession in a sentence

  • Any production in excess of 300 million cubic meters from an Exploitation Concession shall be subject to royalty at the rate of five percent (5%).

  • The production of the first 300 million cubic meters from an Exploitation Concession is exempt from the payment of royalty.

Exploitation Concession means any Exploitation Concession granted to KOSMOS and to ONHYM, pursuant to the Hydrocarbon Code and to this Agreement and which derives from the Exploration Permits;

  • Exploitation means to make, have made, import, export, use, have used, sell, have sold, or offer for sale, including to Develop, Commercialize, register, modify, enhance, improve, Manufacture, have Manufactured, hold, or keep (whether for disposal or otherwise), or otherwise dispose of.

The concessionaire shall be deemed to assume an operating risk where, under normal operating conditions, there is no guarantee of recouping the investments made or the costs incurred in operating the works or the services at stake;

  • Sexual exploitation means any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust for sexual purposes. It includes profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from sexual exploitation of another.

  • Petroleum Operations means, as the context may require, Exploration Operations, Development Operations or Production Operations or any combination of two or more of such operations, including construction, operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities, plugging and abandonment of Xxxxx, safety, environmental protection, transportation, storage, sale or disposition of Petroleum to the Delivery Point, Site Restoration and any or all other incidental operations or activities as may be necessary.
