If Executive violates any of the restrictions contained in the foregoing Subsection (a), (b) or (c), the relevant Restricted Period or Extended Restricted Period, respectively, shall be extended by a period equal to the length of time from the commencement of any such violation until such time as such violation shall be cured by Executive to the commercially reasonable satisfaction of Company.
