Extended Revolving Credit Facility definition

Extended Revolving Credit Facility means each Class of Extended Revolving Credit Commitments established pursuant to Section 2.15(a)(ii).

Extended Revolving Credit Facility means an Extended Facility designated as an “Extended Revolving Credit Facility” by the Borrower and established pursuant to an Extended Revolving Credit Facility Agreement.

Extended Revolving Credit Facility means each tranche of Extended Revolving Credit Commitments established pursuant to Section 2.14(f). The 2016 Revolving Credit Facility shall be deemed an Extended Revolving Credit Facility for all purposes of this Agreement.

• Each such notice shall specify the date and amount of such prepayment and the Class(es) and Type(s) of Loans to be prepaid; provided that from the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date until the Maturity Date with respect to the Non-Extended Revolving Credit Facility, all Revolving Credit Loans shall be prepaid on a pro rata basis between the Non-Extended Revolving Credit Facility and the Extended Revolving Credit Facility.

• The Borrower shall repay each Swing Line Loan on the earlier to occur of (i) the date that is five (5) Business Days after such Loan is made and (ii) the Maturity Date for the Extended Revolving Credit Facility (although Swing Line Loans may thereafter be reborrowed, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, if there are one or more Classes of Revolving Credit Commitments which remain in effect).

More Definitions of Extended Revolving Credit Facility

Extended Revolving Credit Facility means any revolving credit facility established pursuant to Section 2.19.

Extended Revolving Credit Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).

Extended Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of each of the Extended Revolving Credit Commitments and the Extended Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and Letters of Credit extended thereunder.
