Extension Agreement definition
Extension Agreement means an Extension Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and one or more Extending Lenders, effecting one or more Extension Permitted Amendments and such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.14.
Extension Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(c).

Examples of Extension Agreement in a sentence
In the event any Extended Revolving Credit Commitments are established, such Extended Revolving Credit Commitments shall, subject to the requirements of Section 2.15, be terminated (and all Extended Revolving Credit Loans of the same Extension Series repaid) on dates set forth in the applicable Extension Agreement.
