Extension Amendment definition

Extension Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(d).

Extension Amendment shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.22(b).

Examples of Extension Amendment in a sentence

• No Extension Amendment shall provide for any Extended Tranche in an aggregate principal amount that is less than $10,000,000 (or such lower principal amount as agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).

More Definitions of Extension Amendment

Extension Amendment means an amendment to this Agreement that is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (to the extent required by Section 2.23) and the Borrower executed by each of (a) the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors, (b) the Administrative Agent and (c) each Lender that has accepted the applicable Extension Offer pursuant hereto and in accordance with Section 2.23.
