Extension Election definition

Extension Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).

Extension Election shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(b).

Examples of Extension Election in a sentence

• In the event that the aggregate amount of the Specified Existing Tranche subject to Extension Elections exceeds the amount of Extended Tranches requested pursuant to the Extension Request, the Specified Existing Tranches subject to Extension Elections shall be converted to Extended Tranches on a pro rata basis based on the amount of Specified Existing Tranches included in each such Extension Election.

• The revocation of an Extension Election prior to the Extension Request Deadline shall not prejudice any Lender’s right to submit a new Extension Election prior to the Extension Request Deadline.

• In the event that the aggregate amount of the Specified Existing Term Tranche subject to Extension Elections exceeds the amount of Extended Term Tranches requested pursuant to the Extension Request, the Specified Existing Term Tranches subject to Extension Elections shall be converted to Extended Term Tranches on a pro rata basis based on the amount of Specified Existing Term Tranches included in each such Extension Election.

• In the event that the aggregate portion of the Existing Class subject to Extension Elections exceeds the amount of the Extended Class requested pursuant to the Extension Request, the portion of the Existing Class converted shall be allocated on a pro rata basis based on the amount of the Existing Class included in each such Extension Election.

• In the event that the aggregate amount of Specified Existing Commitments subject to Extension Elections exceeds the amount of Extended Commitments requested pursuant to the Extension Request, the Specified Existing Commitments subject to Extension Elections shall be converted to Extended Commitments on a pro rata basis based on the amount of Specified Existing Commitments included in each such Extension Election.
