Examples of Extension Option in a sentence
The Extension Option shall be on the same terms and conditions as set out in the Lease except for Basic Rent, any further option to extend after commencement of the Extension Term and any rent abatement periods, leasehold improvement allowance or other tenant inducement whatsoever (other than parking rights granted herein).
The Tenant has no right to remain in possession of the Premises after the end of the Term aside from the Extension Option provided under the attached Schedule G.
The one five (5) year Extension Option set forth in Section 4 of the Original Lease shall apply collectively to the Existing Premises and the Expansion Space (i.e. Tenant must exercise the Extension Option concurrently as to both spaces or as to none of such spaces).
In the event the parties are not able to make the determination or agree upon any of the requirements contained in this Section 1.3(e) before the Due Diligence Deadline (as defined below), as the same may be extended per the Extension Option (as defined below), either party may terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 1.4 below.
The closing of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") is to occur at the office of the Title Company on a date agreed to by both Developer and the Commission; provided, that such date shall be on or before thirty (30) days after the Due Diligence Deadline as may be extended pursuant to the Extension Option (the "Closing Date").
