Extension Period definition
Extension Period has the meaning specified in Section 3.12.

Examples of Extension Period in a sentence
The Parties shall amend the terms of Schedule A to reflect the new Service Term within five (5) days following the Service Provider’s agreement to an Extension Period, subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 6.2.
