Extension Request definition

Extension Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(a).

Extension Request means any Term Loan Extension Request or a Revolver Extension Request, as the case may be.

Examples of Extension Request in a sentence

• No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Term Loans of any Existing Term Loan Tranche amended, converted or modified to constitute Extended Term Loans pursuant to any Term Loan Extension Request.

• Each Lender, acting in its sole discretion, shall, by written notice to the Administrative Agent given not later than the date that is the 20th day after the date of the Extension Request, or if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately following Business Day (the “Response Date”), advise the Administrative Agent in writing whether or not such Xxxxxx agrees to the requested extension.
