External Advisor definition

External Advisor means a person appointed by CILEx Regulation to carry out the roles and functions identified for them by CILEx Regulation;

  • In the event that any such meeting is attended by an Audit External Advisor, the Audit Management Party and the Participating Parties shall have the right to participate in such meeting by telephone or in person.

  • No Participating Party shall request an opinion on an Audit-related issue from an Audit External Advisor, except to the extent such Audit-related issue relates to an item in a period other than a Pre-2007 Distribution Tax Period and the Audit Management Party affirmatively declines to obtain such opinion.
