External Use definition

External Use means the distribution of Market Data to Persons who are not officers, employees or Affiliates of the Distributor.

External Use means External As-Is Use and/or External Derived Use.

The Order determines whether Customer External Use includes 6(b)(i), 6(b)(ii), or both 6(b)(i) and 6(b)(ii). In any event, when using a Product and/or Service externally, Customer will abide by and adhere to Everest Group’s Citation Policy, as described below.
