In the event that the External Controlled Data Distributor intends to use the Market Data for External Use, before Data Recipient redistributes any Market Data to a Subscriber, Data Recipient shall first obtain an executed Subscriber Agreement from an authorized party of such Person.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ grants to Customer a world-wide, non- exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right for its Authorized Users to use ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products for Customer’s internal business operations and to allow Authorized Third Parties to use ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products for External Use, provided any use of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products shall be (i) in accordance with the Documentation and (ii) permitted solely for the term and in the quantities specified in an Order Form.
Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold ▇▇▇▇▇▇ harmless from any damages and costs awarded against ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of a third party claim alleging Customer’s External Use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products or use of Customer Data with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products, infringes upon any third party copyright, trademark or patent to the extent any such infringement arose from Customer’s use or combination of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products with any data, content, services or software or other materials not provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Qlik grants to Customer a world-wide, non- exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right for its Authorized Users to access or use Qlik Products for Customer’s internal business operations and for External Use, provided any use of Qlik Products shall be (i) in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement; and (ii) for the authorized scope and quantities which may be specified in an Order Form.
Terms not otherwise defined in this Acceptable Use Agreement have the meanings given to them in the External Use Agreement, which definitions are incorporated herein by this reference.
