• Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Qlik grants to Customer a world-wide, non- exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right for its Authorized Users to access or use Qlik Products for Customer’s internal business operations and for External Use, provided any use of Qlik Products shall be (i) in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement; and (ii) for the authorized scope and quantities which may be specified in an Order Form.

• Terms not otherwise defined in this Acceptable Use Agreement have the meanings given to them in the External Use Agreement, which definitions are incorporated herein by this reference.

More Definitions of External Use

External Use means External As-Is Use and/or External Derived Use.

External Use means application to the skin, hair, teeth, mucosa of the mouth, throat, nose, ear, eye, vagina or anal canal when a local action only is intended and extensive systemic absorption is unlikely to occur and references to medicinal products for external use shall be read accordingly except that such references shall not include transdermal delivery systems, throat sprays, throat pastilles, throat lozenges, throat tablets, nasal drops, nasal sprays, nasal inhalations or teething products;

External Use of data means the use, the processing, and the provision of the exchanged data to third parties (which are not patent offices) for personal use, for company use and for commercial use.

External Use means use on a worldwide basis, by (a) HP, and (b) any employees, contractors, consultants, agents or distributors of HP for the purpose of delivering Technical Support (as defined below) to Customers.

External Use means an Authorized Third Party's use of Opendatasoft Services, which are designated for external use in the Documentation, provided such use is solely in connection with Customer's business relationship with the Authorized Third Party;

The Order determines whether Customer External Use includes 6(b)(i), 6(b)(ii), or both 6(b)(i) and 6(b)(ii). In any event, when using a Product and/or Service externally, Customer will abide by and adhere to Everest Group’s Citation Policy, as described below.
