Extreme Conditions definition

Extreme Conditions means the occurrence of “extreme conditions” as announced by any government authority of Hong Kong due to serious disruption of public transport services, extensive flooding, major landslides, large-scale power outage or any other adverse conditions before Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is replaced with Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below.
Extreme Conditions means the existence of extreme conditions as announced by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region that arise from a super typhoon or other natural disaster of a substantial scale which caused serious disruption of public transport services, extensive flooding, major landslides, large-scale power outage or any other adverse conditions.
Extreme Conditions means conditions, usually associated with a natural disaster, that prevent the delivery and placement of mechan- ical residue management equipment on the field and applies only to the growing of field and turf grasses for seed, for which a waiver is re- quested.
