Extremely hazardous waste means any waste which:
Extremely hazardous waste means those dangerous and mixed wastes designated in WAC 173-303-100 as extremely hazardous. The ab- breviation "EHW" will be used in this chapter to refer to those dan- gerous and mixed wastes which are extremely hazardous. (See also "dan- gerous waste" and "hazardous waste" definitions.)
Extremely hazardous waste means any hazardous waste or mixture of hazardous wastes which, if human exposure should occur, may likely result in death, disabling personal injury or serious illness caused by the hazardous waste or mixture of hazardous wastes because of its quantity, concentration, or chemical characteristics.

Extremely hazardous waste means any dangerous waste that:
Extremely hazardous waste restricted hazardous waste," "toxic substances," "toxic pollutants," "contaminants," or "pollutants," or words of similar meaning and regulatory effect, under any applicable Environmental Law; and (c) any other chemical, material or substance, exposure to which is prohibited, limited or regulated by any governmental authority.
Extremely hazardous waste or "R006" means any waste that: (AA) Contains any known carcinogen as designated in
Extremely hazardous waste infectious waste," "toxic substance," or "toxic pollutants," such materials, including without limitation, oil, waste oil, petroleum, waste petroleum, polychlorinated biphenyls ("PCBs"), asbestos, radon, natural gas, natural gas liquids, liquefied natural gas, or synthetic gas usable for fuel (or mixtures of natural gas and such synthetic gas).
Extremely hazardous waste or "restricted hazardous waste" under Sections 25115, 25117 or 25122.7, or listed pursuant to Section 25140, of the California Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.5 (Hazardous Waste Control Law), (ii) defined as a "hazardous substance" under Section 25316 of the California Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.8 (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hazardous Substance Account Act), (iii) defined as a "hazardous material," "hazardous substance," or "hazardous waste" under Section 25501 of the California Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.95 (Hazardous Materials Release Response Plans and Inventory), (iv) defined as a "hazardous substance" under Section 25281 of the California Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.7 (Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances), (v) defined by any federal, state or local law as hazardous or toxic, (vi) petroleum, (vii) asbestos, (viii) listed under Article 9 or defined as hazardous or extremely hazardous pursuant to Article 11 of Title 22 of the California Administrative Code, Division 4, Chapter 20, (ix) designated as a "hazardous substance" pursuant to Section 311 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C.ss.1317), (x) defined as a "hazardous waste" pursuant to Section 1004 of the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C.ss.6901 et seq. (42 U.S.C.ss.6903), or (xi) defined as a "hazardous substance" pursuant to Section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C.ss.9601 et seq. (42 U.S.C.ss.9601).
Extremely hazardous waste or "restricted hazardous waste" under the California Hazardous Waste Control Law, California Health & Safety Code Section 25100 et seq., and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, as amended (collectively, the "CHWCL"), and/or (iii) any waste meeting the identified characteristics of "medical waste" under California Health & Safety Code Sections 25015-25027.8, and regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended; and "hazardous waste facility" shall mean a hazardous waste facility as defined under the CHWCL.
