FAA Counsel definition

FAA Counsel means McAfee & Xxxx, A Professional Corporation.

FAA Counsel means DeBee & Gilchrist, Daugherty, Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx, or any other law firm having nationally recognized expertise in FAA matters acceptable to the Agent.

FAA Counsel means a law firm having nationally recognized expertise in FAA matters that is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, it being understood that as of the Closing Date, the firms of Debee, Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxx, Daugherty, Fowler, Peregrin, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx, or McAfee & Xxxx, are each satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

FAA Counsel means legal counsel located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, competent to (i) examine records maintained by the FAA in connection with the FAA Act and by the IR in connection with the CTC, (ii) provide counsel regarding registration of aircraft with the FAA and title to airframes and engines, (iii) file documents for recording with the FAA under the FAA Act, (iv) register, or assist the parties in causing the registration of, international interests and sale of interests on the IR under the CTC, and (v) issue legal opinions widely accepted in the United States with regard to all issues related to (i) (ii), (iii) and (iv) above.
