FAA Counsel means DeBee & Gilchrist, Daugherty, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or any other law firm having nationally recognized expertise in FAA matters acceptable to the Agent.

Specifically, Lessor shall cause the filing of the Certificate of Registration, the LLC Statement of Lessor, the Affidavit of Citizenship of Lessor, this Agreement, the Assignment of this Agreement as security in favor of the Financing Parties (if applicable), and such other documents as may be advised by FAA Counsel.
