Facilitation Payments definition

Facilitation Payments means payments to a Government Official to facilitate or expedite performance of a routine governmental action which is an action which is commonly performed by such Government Official.

Facilitation Payments means generally small, unofficial, non-transparent payments, demanded by Public Officials in some countries to take or expedite routine official actions to which the company within the Group is entitled under applicable law.
