Facility A Termination Date definition

Facility A Termination Date means, at any time, the last day of the Facility A Availability Period.

Facility A Termination Date means, subject to Clause 7.6 (Extension Option), 31 August 2026.

More Definitions of Facility A Termination Date

Facility A Termination Date means the Initial Facility A Termination Date or such other date which shall apply as a result of extension in accordance with clause 2.4 (Extension Option) from time to time Facility A Total Proposed Participations means the aggregate of the Facility A Proposed Participations, being $155,000,000 at the date of this Agreement Facility B means the secured committed multicurrency borrowing base revolving credit facility made available under this Agreement as described in clause 2 (The Facilities)

Facility A Termination Date means, at any time, July 30, 2001, or such later date, if any, to which the Total Facility A Commitment is extended pursuant to Section 2.3, subject, however, to termination in whole of the Total Facility A Commitment pursuant to Section 2.7.
