Facility Agent Fee definition

Facility Agent Fee means the “Facility Agent Fee” set forth in the Facility Agent Fee Letter.
Facility Agent Fee means the fees to be paid by the Borrower to PNC as a facility agent fee pursuant to the applicable Fee Letter on the Closing Date as a Closing Date Expense and thereafter in accordance with the Priority of Payments or otherwise.
Facility Agent Fee means $10,000 per quarter, payable on each Payment Date.

  • The Borrower shall pay to the Paying Agent (a) for distribution to each Agent for the benefit of the Lenders in its related Lender Group in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 8.5 the Unused Fee and certain other fees and (b) for distribution to the Facility Agent, the Facility Agent Fee (collectively, the “Fees”) in the amounts and on the dates set forth in the Lender Fee Letter or the Facility Agent Fee Letter, as applicable.

Facility Agent Fee. As set out in the Fee Letter.
Facility Agent Fee means the fees to be paid by the Borrower to the Structuring Agent as a facility agent fee pursuant to the applicable Fee Letter, and annually in accordance with the Priority of Payments on the Payment Date following the anniversary of the first payment of the Facility Agent Fee to the Structuring Agent.
Facility Agent Fee has the meaning assigned to that term in that certain Fee Letter, dated as of the Closing Date (as amended, modified, waived, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time), by and between the Borrower and CBNA, as Facility Agent and Lender.
