Facility Extension Request definition

Facility Extension Request means a notice in substantially the form of Exhibit J attached hereto pursuant to which Borrower requests an extension of the Stated Maturity Date in accordance with Section 2.16.

Facility Extension Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.20.

• No failure on the part of Sellers to request an extension of the Facility Period on a Facility Extension Request Date shall be deemed to waive Sellers’ right to make such a request on a subsequent Facility Extension Request Date.
