Facility Fee definition
Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

Examples of Facility Fee in a sentence
Such Facility Fee shall be payable to Agent in arrears on the first Business Day of each Fiscal Quarter with respect to each day in the previous Fiscal Quarter, and on the last day of the Term with respect to each day in the previous Fiscal Quarter or portion thereof ending on such date, as applicable.
Borrowers shall pay Agent, for the ratable benefit of Lenders holding the Revolving Commitments based on their Revolving Commitment Percentages, a fee (the “Facility Fee”) equal to the Facility Fee Percentage multiplied by the average daily balance of the Undrawn Commitment (as defined below).
