Facility Fee definition

Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

Facility Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(a).

Examples of Facility Fee in a sentence

• If there is any change in the Facility Fee Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount of the Facility Fee shall be computed and multiplied by the Facility Fee Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Facility Fee Rate was in effect.
