Facility Information definition

Facility Information means, for each participating facility in a clinical trial, the following information:
Facility Information means all files, records and other documentation of the Vendor pertaining to the Facilities (including products made and processes used at the Facilities) whether contained in hard copy or on computer diskette including, without limitation, the information listed in Schedule "B";
Facility Information has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.17(b).
