Facility Lessor definition

Facility Lessor means the Owner Lessor, as lessor of the Undivided Interest under the Facility Lease.

Facility Lessor. The individual lessor which owns and leases a particular Facility. For the avoidance of doubt, all of the Facility Lessors are referred to collectively as Lessor.

Facility Lessor. The Oklahoma Lessor, with respect to the Oklahoma Property, the Oregon Lessor, with respect to the Oregon Property, the South Carolina Lessor, with respect to the South Carolina Property, and the Lessor party thereto, with respect to any New Property.

• If Lessee is required or elects to restore the Facility, Lessor agrees that, subject to the rights of the Facility Mortgagees, its portion of the Award shall be used for such restoration and it shall hold such portion of the Award in trust, for application to the costs of the restoration.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, in the event of the total destruction of any single Facility, Lessor shall make available to Lessee and add to the Leased Property a facility of equal or approximate value to the destroyed Facility.
