Should a claim be made to the Employer alleging the Contractor’s default in payment of Fair Wages of any xxxxxxx employed on the Contract and if proof thereof satisfactory to the Employer is furnished by the Labour Authority, the Employer may, failing payment by the Contractor, pay the claims out of any monies due or which may become due to the Contractor under the Contract.
