As used in this definition, the terms "owner" and "lessee" shall include a cooperative formed by an association of individuals for the purpose of manufacturing wine. In the event such cooperative is licensed as a farm winery, the term "farm" as used in this definition includes all of the land owned or leased by the individual members of the cooperative as long as such land is located in the Commonwealth.

Farm winery and “farm cidery” means buildings or structures used by a bona fide farmer for the processing of juice, grapes, fruit or honey in the production of wines or ciders, including the fermentation, production, bottling, aging or storage of such products as a secondary use to a farm operation.
