Fascia Sign definition

Fascia Sign means a sign attached to, marked or inscribed on, erected or placed against a wall forming part of a building, or supported by or through a wall of a building and having the exposed face thereof on a plane approximately parallel to the plane of such wall and includes a painted wall sign and an awning sign. A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this By-law unless otherwise stated;
Fascia Sign means a sign placed flat and parallel to the face of the building so that no part projects more than one foot from the building;
Fascia Sign means a sign erected or displayed on the fascia of a building or the fascia of a verandah;

  • Tenant agrees that the installation, maintenance, repair and removal of the Fascia Sign shall be at Tenant’s sole risk.

  • The installation of the Fascia Sign shall be in compliance with all Applicable Rules and Restrictions.

  • Landlord shall only be required to provide Tenant with one Fascia Sign Offer (it being agreed that if Western Bank had more than one sign, that Tenant is only receiving a right of first offer with respect to the first sign that Western Bank surrenders that Landlord intends to replace with the signage of another tenant or occupant).

  • Tenant shall pay for all costs associated with the relocation of the Existing Fascia Sign as well as the restoration of the Building to the condition existing prior to the installation of the Existing Fascia Sign, reasonable wear and tear excepted, upon the removal of the Existing Fascia Sign at its current location following such relocation.

  • Tenant shall be responsible, at its cost and expense, to obtain any necessary approvals or permits from the applicable governmental authorities for the purposes of installing and maintaining such Additional Fascia Sign (the “Additional Fascia Sign Approvals”); provided, however, at Landlord’s option it can apply for such Additional Fascia Sign Approvals on Tenant’s behalf, at Tenant’s cost and expense.


More Definitions of Fascia Sign

Fascia Sign means a sign attached to, marked or inscribed on, erected or placed against a wall forming part of a building, or supported by or through a wall of a building, including a painted wall sign and an awning sign, however, a fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this by-law unless otherwise stated;
Fascia Sign means a sign located in such a manner that the sign surface is parallel to the main wall of the building to which it is attached.
Fascia Sign means a flat sign, illuminated or non-illuminated, that runs parallel to the facade of a building to which it is attached.
Fascia Sign means a single faced accessory sign which is painted directly onto a building façade or attached directly to the wall of a building and which does not project more than 0.3 metres from the building. Any message displayed on an awning or marquee, whether projecting over a street or not, shall be deemed a fascia sign for the purposes of this By-law.
Fascia Sign means a SIGN located in such a manner that the DISPLAY SURFACE of the SIGN is parallel to the FACADE or the architectural feature of the building to which it is attached. A SIGN attached to an architectural feature of a building is a FASCIA SIGN. A FASCIA SIGN includes:
Fascia Sign means a sign containing a commercial message affixed parallel to, or painted on a building face, but excluding a mural.
Fascia Sign means a sign attached to or painted on a fascia of a building which has a height of no greater than 600mm. (Refer Sign type 1 of Attachment ‘A’)
