Fast food restaurant means premises where customers order, pay for and collect hot or cold meals and drinks from a counter service whether or not the meals and drinks are to be consumed on or off the premises;]9
Fast food restaurant means a restaurant as defined in Section 9-2.319(b) of the Emeryville planning regulations in Title 9 of the Emeryville Municipal Code where patrons order or select food or beverage items and pay before eating and such items may be consumed on or off the premises, or delivered to the customer’s location. It shall not include an establishment that provides food services to patrons who order and are served while seated and pay after eating; nor shall it include an establishment that offers alcoholic beverages with meals, regardless of when or where food is ordered and payment is made.
Fast food restaurant means a business whose principal purpose is the sale of food or beverage served in paper or plastic or disposable containers for immediate consumption inside, outside, or away from the building and including businesses who provide delivery of food for immediate consumption.
