Examples of Federal Court in a sentence
Any dispute arising under this Agreement may be brought into the courts of the State of New York or into the Federal Court located in New York, New York and, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Company hereby accepts for itself and in respect of its property, generally and unconditionally, the jurisdiction of aforesaid courts.
The parties to this Agreement hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any State or Federal Court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of New York, in the Borough of Manhattan, in connection with any actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly from this Agreement.
In the event that any action is brought under any agreement resulting from the RFP in Federal Court, the venue for such action shall be the Federal Judicial District of Michigan, Western District - Southern Division.
Venue shall be proper in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Joaquin, Stockton Branch, or, for actions brought in Federal Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, Sacramento Division.
Any provisions that require the Licensee to keep certain information confidential are subject to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. §552, and any order by a United States Federal Court.
