Federal Housing Commissioner definition

Federal Housing Commissioner means the Secretary of HUD (or successor thereof) or the Federal Housing Commissioner of the Federal Housing Administration (or successor thereof) or a duly authorized agent thereof.
Federal Housing Commissioner or “FHA Commissioner” means the Secretary of HUD (or successor thereof) or the Federal Housing Commissioner of FHA (or successor thereof) or a duly authorized agent thereof.
