Such compensation, as well as all other disbursements made and expenses incurred (including out-of-pocket expenses) by the Trustee in the performance of its duties and obligations hereunder shall be paid by the Trust out of its Trust Property, unless such compensation, disbursements or expenses have been first paid by the Manager pursuant to the Fee Agreement.
If the Trustee also acts as the Custodian of the Trust Property other than Copper then the fees of the Custodian shall be set forth in the Fee Agreement between the Manager and the Trustee.
