Fee or Fees definition

Fee or Fees means the requirement to pay the fee as prescribed in paragraph 3.3 of the Table of Fees;
Fee or Fees means the amount required to be paid as established by the Board of Directors.
Fee or Fees means the agreed fee payable under Clause 7 and detailed in Schedule 2 of this Contract in consideration for the accommodation and services described under Clause 2 of this Contract.
