Feeder Funds definition

Feeder Funds means, collectively, RPI US Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, RPI US Partners II, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, RPI International Partners, LP, an exempted limited partnership organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands, and RPI International Partners II, LP, an exempted limited partnership organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Feeder Funds means Xxxxxx Alternative Investment Trading LLC and Xxxxxx Alternative Investment Trading II LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company.
Feeder Funds means Xxxxxx Alternative Investment Trading LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and any other feeder fund established and managed by the Manager and in which the Company invests as the Manager may determine from time to time.
