Fiber Network definition

Fiber Network means a digital fiber optic telecommunications network wholly owned by the Corporation that serves a Metropolitan Area.
Fiber Network means each discrete collection of Fiber Network Assets within a specific Contributed Neighborhood contributed, obtained or otherwise assigned to the Asset Entities.
Fiber Network means each discrete collection of Fiber Network Assets within a Contributed Market contributed or otherwise assigned to, or accessible by, the Asset Entities.

  • Upon the Indenture Trustee’s or the Servicer’s reasonable request, the Issuer shall submit satisfactory evidence of payment or performance of any of its obligations under the applicable Fiber Network Underlying Rights Agreement.
