The provisions of Section 8 shall survive the resignation or removal of any Fiduciary Indemnified Person.
The obligation to indemnify as set forth in this Section 10.4(b) shall survive the satisfaction and discharge of this Trust Agreement and the resignation or removal of any Fiduciary Indemnified Person.
