Field Alert definition

Field Alert means a field alert report, as required under 21 C.F.R. § 314.81(b)(1), as such regulation may be amended from time to time.
Field Alert has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b) of this Agreement.
Field Alert is defined in Section 9.1.9.

Field Alert. Notification of a potential safety threat for drug products in commercial distribution within the United States, which are marketed under an approved marketing application, as defined by FDA in 21CFR 314.81 (b)(1).

Field Alert means an “NDA Field Alert Report” pursuant to 21 CFR 314.81(b)(1) resulting from an incident that causes Product or its labeling to be mistaken for or applied to another article, bacterial contamination, a significant chemical, physical, or other change, deterioration in distributed Product, or failure of one or more distributed Batches of finished Product to meet the specifications established for it in the application for Regulatory Approval.
Field Alert has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.1(i). (fff) []* has the meaning ascribed to such term in Exhibit A. (ggg) []* means, with respect to any period, Net Sales for such period, less []*.
