Fifth Mezzanine Lender definition

Fifth Mezzanine Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as the holder of the Fifth Mezzanine Loan, together with its successors and assigns.
Fifth Mezzanine Lender has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.
