Filed SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Article IV.

Filed SEC Documents means any report, schedule, form, statement or other document (including exhibits) filed with, or furnished to, the SEC prior to the date hereof and publicly available as of the date hereof.

Examples of Filed SEC Documents in a sentence

• True and complete copies of the Company Charter Documents are included in the Filed SEC Documents.

• Except as disclosed in the Parent Filed SEC Documents, there are no Contracts that are material to the business, properties, assets, condition (financial or otherwise), results of operations or prospects of the Parent taken as a whole.

• None of the statements made in any such SEC Documents is currently required to be updated or amended under applicable law (except for such statements as have been amended or updated by subsequent Filed SEC Documents prior to the date of this Agreement).

Filed SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
