The Filing Offices are the only offices where Financing Statements are required to be filed under the UCC in order to perfect such Lien in all Filing Collateral.
Attached hereto as Schedule 8(a) is a list of all real property owned or leased by each Loan Party noting Mortgaged Property as of the Closing Date and Filing Offices for Mortgages as of the Closing Date.
