Final Acceptance definition

Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.
Final Acceptance means the written acceptance issued to Contractor by Owner after Contractor has completed the requirements of the Contract Documents, as more fully set forth in Section 6.09 B.

Final Acceptance means the final written acceptance of all required construction work for the Project, as determined by the Commissioner.
