Payment of the amount certified in the Final Certificate of Payment shall be conclusive evidence that the Employer has preformed all his obligations under the Contract.
If the Contractor has not applied for a Final Certificate of Payment within the time specified in Sub Clause 33.10 the Employer shall request the Contractor to do so within a further period of 30 days.
In any event such particulars shall be submitted no later than the application for the Final Certificate of Payment.
