Final Claim definition

Final Claim has the meaning in Section 6.4(d)(ii).

Final Claim has the meaning in clause 4.3 of this Agreement. "Final Report" has the meaning in clause 4.3 of this Agreement. "First Payment" has the meaning in clause 4.2 of this Agreement.

Final Claim means the certified Final Claim prepared and submitted by Contractor if Good Faith Negotiations fail to result in settlement of the claim.

Material Transfer Assets all right, title and interest of Ltd and (to the extent applicable) its subsidiaries to the Transferring Business Units, material operating and maintenance contracts, material business contracts, material property, plant, equipment, and such other assets as the Administrators and the Ad Hoc Committee may agree are necessary or desirable for the operation of the Holdco and its subsidiaries following impleme nta t ion of the Restructuring, but excluding the Excluded Assets.

Final Claim has the meaning given in the Escrow Agreement.
