Final Completion Date definition

Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

• The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date.

Final Completion Date means the date of Final Completion, as set forth in the Project Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit F, as such date may be postponed due to Unavoidable Delays as provided in this Lease.
