Final Construction Drawings definition

Final Construction Drawings means facility plans that include the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protec- tion, plumbing, and technical specifications of the physical plant and the facility premises and that have been approved by local government for the construction, alteration, or addition of a facility.
