  • In the event that either party thereafter shall find it necessary to retain an attorney and/or institute legal proceedings to enforce, modify or interpret any provision of this Agreement, or the Final Decree of Dissolution entered in conformity herewith, the Court may award reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to the prevailing party, in addition to any other appropriate relief.
