Final Distribution Date definition

Final Distribution Date. The Distribution Date on which the final distribution in respect of the Certificates is made pursuant to Section 9.01.

Final Distribution Date. The Distribution Date on which the final distribution in respect of the Certificates will be made pursuant to Section 9.01, which Final Distribution Date shall in no event be later than the end of the 90-day liquidation period described in Section 9.02. Final Distribution Date. The Distribution Date on which the final distribution is to be made with respect to the Certificates in connection with a termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to Article IX.
