Final Index Price definition

Final Index Price means the average of the Index Prices for the 20 consecutive full trading days ending on the trading day prior to the Determination Date.

Final Index Price has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(i).

Final Index Price means the sum of the Final Prices for each company comprising the Index Group multiplied by the weighting set forth opposite such company's name in the definition of Index Group below.

• If a company is excluded from the list of Index Companies, then the Initial Index Price and the Final Index Price shall be calculated as if the excluded company had not originally been included in the list of companies.

• The "Final Index Price" means the average of the average closing prices per share of each of the common stocks of the Index Companies as reported on NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX for each trading day during the Pricing Period.

More Definitions of Final Index Price

Final Index Price means the average, rounded to the nearest one-tenth of a cent, of the closing prices of the Index for the same trading days used in calculating the Average Determination Price.

Final Index Price means the average of the daily closing value of the Index for the twenty (20) consecutive trading days ending on and including the fifth (5th) trading day preceding the Closing Date.

Final Index Price means the closing price of the Nasdaq Bank Index as of the Determination Date.

Final Index Price means the average closing prices of the Index as quoted on Xxxxxx.xxx (KRX) during the Determination Period.
