Final Resolution definition
Final Resolution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).
Final Resolution has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01.
Final Resolution of a dispute shall mean when (A) the parties to the dispute have reached an agreement in writing, (B) a court of competent jurisdiction shall have entered a final and non-appealable Order with respect to such dispute, or (C) an arbitration or like panel shall have rendered a final non-appealable determination with respect to a dispute that the parties have agreed to submit thereto.

The Final Resolution Team may choose to call in previous or new witnesses including the grievant or supervisor for the purpose of clarification.
Only the five (5) Final Resolution Team members should be present during the decision making process.

More Definitions of Final Resolution
Final Resolution means the dismissal with prejudice, resolution by final non-appealable judgment of a court of competent and proper jurisdiction or by final settlement without any further liability or obligation of any named party thereto.
Final Resolution means (i) receipt of written confirmation from each applicable Governmental Entity that it has closed its investigation into HMA with respect to the Existing Litigation; or (ii) resolution of the Existing Litigation pursuant to a written settlement agreement, consent decree or other final non-appealable judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Final Resolution means that the Hosting Service has been restored, or a service degradation or loss of functionality has been corrected.
Final Resolution. (a) a final, non-appealable order or judgment from a court of competent jurisdiction that resolves any dispute arising under, in connection with or relating to this Agreement or (b) a written agreement executed by Parent and the Stockholders’ Agent that resolves any dispute arising under, in connection with or relating to this Agreement.
