Final Scheduled Payment Date definition
Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.
Final Scheduled Payment Date means, with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, (ii) the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date, (iii) the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, (iv) the Class B Notes, the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, (v) the Class C Notes, the Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date, (vi) the Class D Notes, the Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date and (vii) the Class E Notes, the Class E Final Scheduled Payment Date.
Final Scheduled Payment Date means, for each Class, the Payment Date specified below: Class A-1 November 15, 2012 Class A-2 January 15, 2014 Class A-3 October 15, 2014 Class A-4 January 15, 2015 Class B May 15, 2016
